Long withheld 1984 5th part of the Central Intelligence Agency’s history of what went wrong at the failed Bay of Pigs invasion of Cuba in 1961.  Volumes 1-4 were previously released.  The CIA claimed a “deliberative process” privilege for the volume, an internal investigation, but changes in the FOIA require release of drafts if they are more than 25 years old.  Posted by the National Security Archive.  Previous volumes in the CIA’s Electronic Reading Room
