Minnesota Voters Alliance v. Mansky

Supreme Court ruling that a law banning political apparel in voting places was too restrictive and therefore unconstitutional.  The law resulted in voters being turned away if they wore t-shirts with certain slogans and logos, such as “Don’t Tread on Me.”  From the Legal Information Institute of the Cornell University Law School
