2018 Update on Prisoner Recidivism: A 9-Year Follow-Up Period (2005-2014)

Finds that 83% of state prisoners released from custody in 2005 across 30 states were arrested at least once during the 9 years following their release.  44% were arrested at least once during their first year after release.  This report examines the post-release offending patterns of former prisoners.  From the Bureau of Justice Statistics

School Spending Per Pupil Increased by 3.2 Per Cent
