Health Insurance Coverage: Early Release of Estimates from the National Health Interview Survey, 2017

Provides full year health insurance estimates for the U.S. and 18 selected states.  In 2017 29.3 million persons or 9.1% of the population were uninsured at the time of interview.  This was 19.3 million fewer uninsured persons than in 2010.  Also  provides details of uninsurance by age, sex, race, and ethnicity.  From the National Center for Health Statistics
