8-1 Supreme Court ruling that overturned a conviction and reaffirmed that police need a warrant to enter private property to search for stolen goods.  The case involved a suspected stolen motorcycle sitting on a driveway.  Collins had been charged with receiving stolen goods after police searched the motorcycle without a warrant.  The Virginia Supreme Court had affirmed the conviction.
