Earnings and Child Support Participation Among Reentering Fathers

Presents findings on pre- and post-incarceration wages and child support participation.  Finds that most men who were or had been in the corrections systems stayed connected with the child support system but that pre- and post-incarceration earnings were not sufficient to avoid poverty.
