Library of Congress to Cancel the Subject Heading “Illegal Aliens”

Zubik v. Burwell

Compromise decision that employees of certain nonprofits could receive contraceptive coverage with their health insurance plans without burdening the employers’ exercise of religion. The church organizations had objected to provisions of federal law that required them to submit petitions expressing their opposition to providing contraceptive coverage. Wittman v. Personhuballah
