Multifactor Productivity Trends in Manufacturing, 2013

Employee Benefits in the United States, 2015

Reports that retirement benefits were available to 66% of private industry workers in the U.S. in March 2015, but only to 31% of workers in the lowest wage category.   In state and  local government, 61% of workers in the lowest wage category had access to retirement benefits.  Also covers medical, insurance, and paid leave benefits.  From the  Bureau of Labor Statistics
