Revised Estimates Suggest Troubled Economy: Special Report #23

Reports that the Hampton Roads metro area lost 4,100 jobs between December 2013, and January 2014, the largest one month drop since April 2009.  Adjustments to monthly employment surveys also determined that regional employment at December 2013 was 10,400 lower than previously estimated.  From the Hampton Roads Planning District Commission
