A set of 25 recently declassified documents that reveal the responses considered by the U.S. government to the seizure by North Korea of the spy ship USS Pueblo.  The loss of the ship and its equipment is considered by some to have caused more harm to National Security Agency code secrets than the Snowden disclosures.   Posted by the National Security Archive
