Federally Funded R&D Centers Spend $17.8 Billion on R&D in FY2011

Shows spending on research and development by the nation’s 40 federally funded R&D centers.  Ranks centers by total spending and shows sources of funds.  Los Alamos edged out Sandia for the top spot on the list.
