Federal district court decision that a government agency’s decision to revoke an employee’s security clearance cannot be reviewed by a federal court, even if the decision is based on ethnic discrimination or religious prejudice.  The case involved a National Geospatial Intelligence Agency employee who alleged that his security clearance was removed because his wife was a member of an Islamic faith-based organization.  From the Congressional Research Service, posted by the Federation of American Scientists
