Characteristics of Substance Abuse Treatment Admissions Reporting Primary Abuse of Prescription Pain Relievers: 1998 and 2008

Nonmedical use of prescription pain relievers is the second highest substance of abuse after marijuana.  Substance abuse treatment admissions  reporting pain reliever abuse jumped from 18,300 in 2008 to 105,680 in 2008.  From the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration

Distracted Driving 2009

The Impact of Regulatory Costs on Small Firms
