The Health Consequences of Involuntary Exposure to Tobacco Smoke

Latest report about the dangers of smoking from the Surgeon General. This report, on the dangers of smoking to nonsmokers, estimates that nonsmokers who are exposed to secondhand smoke at home or on the job increase their risk of heart disease by 25 to 30% and lung cancer by 20 to 30%. It calls for the elimination of all smoking indoors.
