9-0 Supreme Court decision which strengthens workers rights by affirming a jury award of damages for a woman who was transferred to a more physically demanding and dirty job after filing a complaint of sexual harassment against her supervisor. The court interpreted the job transfer as a form of retaliation by the company against the worker.
