Supreme Court opinion that Congress via the Solomon Amendment can require law schools to provide military recruiters access that is equal to other recruiters on campus. An association of law schools calling itself the Forum for Academic and Institutional Rights had argued that military restrictions against gays violated anti-discrimination standards at the law schools.
